We decided to transform the existing car park on the ground floor into the MMF. We are drawing-in natural light and elevating the connectivity with the street by making strategic openings in the existing building structure. This new MMF features five metre tall ceilings, a large skylight, and a new staircase that connects to the lower ground where the bar and event space is located. I designed intimate work and lounge spaces for our members that include recessed grid ceilings with integrated lighting, curtains, and a projector screen.
